Thank you anon, Joanna and ToH...yes the flowers are from my garden.
FYI, If the pictures have 'myhouseholdcapers' on them, majority of the pictures are from my garden and home. Having said that, I have taken pictures of my neighbour's flowers (with their permission, of course) and from nature strips. I will put them up shortly.

I saw the movie years ago and I loved it, especially Gong Li. I have been wanting to read the book for a long time and I was so excited when I recently found it...so yes, it now one of my favourites!
hey again VG, yup, I still remember the scenes from the movie, I think I have to rewatch it! LOL, I still remember the scene where she asked for vegetables with beancurd very vividly..the cinematography in the movie was excellent!
Pictures of flowers on your blog - are they yours?
ReplyDeleteYeah, same question. Wanted to ask if these are from your garden? Lovely lah.
ReplyDeleteDid you grow these? WOW
ReplyDeleteAnyway, just saw that you are reading Su Tong's Raise the Red Lantern, that is one of my all time favourite books and I liked the movie too!
