GLOSSARY: VIETNAMESE MINT


This is my Vietnamese mint which I have been growing in a pot for 8 years now. I will give a full description of the herb in the coming days.

This is good for assam laksa. Great to see it grows so well in a pot. Mine is in the ground, it tends to 'hibernate' in winter and grow again in spring/summer. Assam laksa or assam fish time.

It sure is Charming. It does well in pots and yes, it hibernates during winter.
