I used my basic butter icing recipe and added strawberry essence to the icing. You may half the measurement if you don't like to be 'over powered' by the strawberry smell.
Ingredients
175 g butter – softened
350 g icing sugar
1 tsp Queen brand strawberry essence
1/2 to 1 tsp Queen brand rose pink colouring
Method
Beat the butter until fluffy. Sift in the icing sugar and beat together until smooth and creamy. Add in the flavouring and colouring. Mix well and decorate your cake, cupcakes or muffins as desired.
