A perfect accompaniment to hot curries and KEEMA.
1 small tub of natural or Greek style yoghurt
1 small red onion – diced thickly
2 red bird’s eye chilli or 1 normal chilli – diced
½ to 1 tsp chilli powder or paprika powder – sprinkle on top
Salt to taste
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, refrigerate and serve as an accompaniment to curries or Indian dishes.
