Hi Zarina

Thank you for your comments. So you were born in India? I was born in Alor Star and I am fourth generation Malaysian born. My great3 grandfather was born in Amritsar, so my ancestry is from there; in other words, now I am an Australian-Malaysian-Punjabi-Sikh....what a MOUTHFUL!

Yes my 'gora' husband can really eat chilli....he scares me some times! Yes, it is funny that your husband runs away from chillies. I would have thought that he would be used to chillis!

Anyway, have a safe Eid and I look forward to your upcoming posts...make sure you put your kuih raya recipes up, ya!
